For the anon: alternating ab rock
I have no idea what this move is actually called but I saw it in a gif once and the name of the move wasn’t listed so I had to come up with a name for my killer abs workout.
What you do is rock back and let your legs go over your head. Then you keep on knee bent and the other knee straight out, keeping them both off the ground. Hold for 3-5 minutes. Bring your knees together and rock back again with your legs over your head. When you come back upright, SWITCH legs, meaning the one that was bent will now be straight and then straight leg will now be bent.
